Order Cancellation

  • Customers may request to cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

How to Cancel

Refunds

  • If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed within 4 business days to your original payment method.

Changes to Orders

  • Changes to orders can only be made before processing. Once processing begins, changes or cancellations are not possible.
